锅炉尾部烟道改造前后结果分析 被引量:10

摘要 通过分析妈湾电厂 30 0MW机组引风机带高负荷运行时的运行工况 ,判断引风机运行不稳定的原因是锅炉尾部烟道阻力过大。针对这种情况 ,利用机组大修时 ,取消 2号、 3号、 4号炉尾部烟道除尘器前后的大风箱 ,改为前后Y型三通管式结构布置并加装导流板 ,对空预器加装了空气炮清灰装置。改造后 ,锅炉尾部烟道阻力下降明显 。 By analyzing the performance of the 300 MW unit induced fans operating at heavy load in Mawan Power Plant, it was found that the unstable operation of the fans was caused by the excessive resistance in boiler back end ductwork. To reduce the resistance in the ductwork, the bellows in front of and behind the precipitators in the boiler back end ductwork of Units 2, 3 and 4 were canceled during overhauls of the units, Y layout adopted and deflectors added. Meanwhile,a deashing device was mounted on the air preheaters. Satisfactory results were obtained, resistance in the ductwork reduced apparently.
