水箱的设计更新及计算

摘要 立式圆筒形钢制焊接水箱作为化学水处理系统是必不可少的设备 ,1987年典型的水箱设计图纸在一些设计单位仍在使用。随着焊接技术不断进步 ,采用新设计规范是必要的。为此 ,按新规范进行了水箱设计的计算 ,并与 1987年的设计进行了比较。新设计的水箱比原设计节省钢材 2 2 % The steel welded water tank of vertical cylindrical type is indispensable in chemical water treating system. The typical water tank design chart of 1987 is, however, still used in some design departments. It is necessary to adopt new design standard to adapt to the advancement in welding technology. Therefor, the computation of water tank design is conducted in accordance with the new design standard. The steel consumption of the new designed water tank is 22 % less than that of the original.
