摘要
目前,现有电机设计专家系统尚不具备根据现有设计方案自动确定初始方案的能力。为解决这一问题,提出了一种新的、适用于电机设计专家系统(EMDES)的初始设计方案确定方法一事例模糊设计法,并将其用于永磁直流电动机设计专家系统(PMDCMDES)初始设计方案的确定。该方法基于模糊数学理论,对已有电机设计方案进行模糊综合评价,从中选取电机的部分零部件作为设计基础,然后根据电机的性能要求及几何尺寸要求,确定一初始设计方案。该方法克服了现有EMDES中初始方案确定的不足,使初始方案的确定更系统、完善、科学、客观。
The existing electric machine design expert systems have not the ability to determine a preliminary design automatically according to the existing product. To solve this problem, a new method (EMDES), i.e. the fuzzy case design method, is proposed in this paper and applied to permanent magnet direct current motor design expert system (PMDCMDES). Based on fuzzy theory, it selects the parts of existing machines as design basis and an initial design is determined according to the requirements for performance and dimensions after the existing machines are evaluated. It overcomes the disadvantages of initial design determination in ex- isting EMDES, Which makes the determination of initial design more systemic and objective.
