基于潮流跟踪的电力市场电价研究

A pricing mechanism of the electricity market based on power flow tracing

我国现在正处在电力市场开放的前夕 ,厂网分开 ,竞价上网。如何公正、合理地确定电价是电力市场的一个核心问题。文中使用矩阵法进行系统潮流跟踪 ,确定用户对系统网络资源、发电资源的占用 ,以及应分摊的网损 ,依此为基础提出一种电力市场定价方式 ,真正体现根据资源占用比例计算费用的原则 ,同时还讨论了无功电价的计算方法。一个 2 2节点的算例计算显示 ,该方法是可行的。

The power industry of China is going to establish a market based operational mechanism which makes a feature of separation of generation and transmission management,competition before supplying and open access.In electricity market the pricing mechanism is an important issue.Based on the power flow tracing,a pricing mechanism of reactive and active power is presented in this paper,which concerns the interest of all sides.Satisfactory results are obtained using a 22 bus system.
