摘要
以自行研制的基于径向伸缩模态的超声波粉体输送装置为例 ,阐述了超声波粉体输送装置的结构和输送机理。分析了这种新型粉体装置具有结构简单、易于控制、适于定量输送少量或微量粉体的特点 ,并根据细管振动模态的不同对超声粉体输送装置进行了分类 ,介绍了研究现状及其应用前景 。
Taking, as an example, a powder feeding device developed by the authors based on ultrasonic vibration of its feeding tube, this paper illustrates the structure and operating principle of the ultrasonic powder feeding device. This kind of device possesses the triple advantage of being simple, easy to control and suitable for precisely feeding a small quantity of powders. The device may be classified into several types according to the modes of vibration of its tube. In the paper, the present situation and application prospects of the device are also analyzed.
