摘要
采用计算机模拟方法 ,以洗衣机工作过程的振动为例 ,研究了弹性固定机构的振动规律。提出利用动力学有限元技术研究振动的方法——实时仿真分析技术 (real time simulation RTS)。本文模拟洗衣机的振动过程 ,是有限元技术首次应用于非线性系统振动过程实时仿真的分析。该方法以机械结构的整体模型为分析对象 ,对结构的振动原因与振动形式综合考虑 ,获得的分析数据接近系统的实际运行状态。利用模拟分析可以研究激励、结构等因素对振动过程的影响。
A real time computer simulation (RTS) based on the finite element method to the vibration of a washing machine, which is modeled as a spring joined structure with random excitations is presented in the paper. In this work, a computer program LS DYNA3D is used as a finite element solver. Simulation results show that the RTS method proposed in this paper is suitable for structure optimum design due to its ease in modifying the analytical model and related parameters.
