摘要
对不同型号的 Φ1 2 7mm发动机燃烧终点的确定方法进行研究 ,采用平均压强系数法对上千发不同型号 BSF-Φ1 2 7mm发动机试验数据进行数理统计 ,并与以往的数据进行比较 ,燃烧时间测试误差在 0 .5 %以内 ,平均压强冲量系数法的准确性可达 80 %以上。换算到标准压强条件下 ,平均压强冲量系数法的计算精度优于切线法的计算精度 ,并作出了计算验证。此方法能应用于各种类型 BSF-Φ1 2 7mm发动机试验 ,具有一定的推广价值。
Determination methods of combustion termination for different models of Φ127mm motor are investigated. Test data of thousands of different models of BSF-Φ127mm are analysed statistically by using average pressure coefficient method and comparison with old data is made, The measuring error of burning time is within 0.5% and the accuracy is up to 80%. By converting test condition to the standard pressure condition, calculation accuracy of average pressure impulse coefficient method is superior to that of tangent method. This method can be used in all kinds of BSF-Φ127mm motor test.
