摘要
优秀的计算机辅助标引和著录系统应该是一个开放系统。电子叙词表作为这些系统的核心部件,应该积极引入 SGML 或者 XML 技术。本文从结构性置标的OHCO(有序树状内容对象)假设入手,结合国际标准 ISO2788:1986,在详尽分析叙词表结构的基础之上,设计出了它的文档类型定义(DTD),讨论了这一定义兼容 SGML 和XML 的办法,比较了3种流行的 XML 工具,最后指出目前情况下 XML 应用的最后一步通常是形成 HTML 文档。
A nice computer-aided indexing or cataloging system should be an open system.As a kernel component of such a system.The electronic thesaurus should be implemented with SGML and XML applied.Starting from OHCO(Ordered Hierarchy of Content Objects)assumption based on ISO 2788:1986,the author designs the Document Type Definitian(DTD) of thesaurus with a thorough analysis of its structure,and discusses the approach to make this DTD compatible in both SGML and XML,then compares briefly the three popular XML tools,pointing out that the final step of the state-of-the-art XML application is usually to convert the XML documents to HTML documents.
