信息经济政策的内容包括政策制定的原则、体制、目标、依据及内容体系几个部分。主要分析了信息政策的内容体系 ,即信息产业政策、信息技术政策、信息市场政策、信息交流与合作政策、国际网络政策和信息人才政策等六个方面。

The information policy includes the principles,system,objectives,base and intention structure.The paper mainly analyses the contents of information policy,namely the information industry policy,information technology policy,information market policy,information communication and cooperation,Internet strategy and information talents.These six aspects are considered to be the key problems in this field.
