文章阐述了共建湖南农业文献信息资源体系 ,对于加速农业科技进步 ,促进农业经济发展与建立农业科技创新体系的必要性。提出了建立省级农业文献资源保障体系应注意的几个问题。

The necessity and importance of setting up an innovation system of agricultural document and information resources to accelerate agricultural science and technology progress and agricultural economy development in Hunan are dealt with in this paper.Some problems about establishing the safety system for the satisfactory supply of agricultural documents and information at the provincial level are put forward.
