钻井液添加剂定量荧光评价方法的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 分析了建立钻井液添加剂定量荧光评价方法的必要性 ,介绍了钻井液添加剂的荧光机理。从提取溶剂的优选、添加剂的处理方法和荧光测试方法 3个方面 ,对钻井液添加剂荧光评价方法进行了探讨。同时 ,提出了一种添加剂荧光评价新方法“岩屑热滚提取荧光分光光度计法” ,并对塔里木油田 2口井使用的钻井液添加剂及其体系进行了荧光对比评价。评价结果表明 ,环己烷是一种理想的钻井液添加剂荧光评价分析溶剂。文中提出的新方法符合现场荧光录井的实际 ,既能对钻井液添加剂做到定量荧光评价 ,同时又能确定钻井液添加剂所产生的荧光对原油荧光显示的干扰程度 。 The necessity of establishing a quantitative fluorescence evaluation method of drilling fluid additives is analyzed, and the fluorescence emission mechanism is also described. The fluorescence evaluation methods are inquired into in such three aspects as solvents, methods of drilling fluid additive treatment and fluorescence measurement. Meanwhile, a new method of fluorescence evaluation on drilling fluid additives is proposed and some drilling fluid additives used in two wells in Tarim Basin are evaluated with both the old and the new methods. The results show that the new method is suitable for field situation of cuttings fluorologging. The quantitative fluorescence evaluation on drilling fluid additives, as well as the extent of affection of drilling fluid additives on fluorologging can be determined by this new method.
