教师队伍建设是高校生存和发展的生命线 ,是高校工作永恒的主题。世纪之交的今天 ,高校教师队伍建设中有很多值得探索和思考的问题 ,本文结合本院实际 。
Strengthening the teaching staff at higher education is a lifeline to the existence and development of colleges and universities,an eternal theme to work on. At the turning of a new century,many asperts deserve studying and considering. Intigrated with the specific circumstances of our college,this paper presents celtain counter measwres.
