系统性红斑狼疮患者sHLA-Ⅰ类分子的定量检测及意义

QUANTIFICATION OF SOLUBLE HAL CLASS I MOLECULES AND ITS SIGNIFICATION IN PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

目的 :定量检测湖南SLE患者的sHLA -Ⅰ类分子水平。方法 :采用ELISA双抗夹心法检测血浆的sHLA -Ⅰ类分子水平。结果 :血浆sHLA -Ⅰ类分子水平 :2 6例活动期SLE患者为 970 .46± 34 2 .79μg/L ,2 9例非活动期SLE患者为 719.93± 10 2 .2 4μg/L ,37例正常人为 5 5 8.18± 189.6 9μg/L ,与正常人相比SLE活动期 (P <0 .0 1)和非活动期 (P <0 .0 5 )均明显增高 ,且活动期明显高于非活动期 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :活动期和非活动期SLE患者血浆的sHLA -Ⅰ类分子水平明显增高 。

Objective:To quantify soluble HLA Class Ⅰ(sHLA-Ⅰ) molecules in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in Hunan province.Methods:The levels of sHLA-Ⅰmolecules in plasma were measured by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The sHLA-Ⅰ molecule concentration of plasma was 970.46±342.79μg/L in 26 patients with active SLE,719.93±192.24μg/L in 29 patients with inactive SLE,AND 558.18±189.69μg/L in 37 normal donors,revealing signifcantly differnce between active SLE and normal controls (P<0.01),inactive SLE and normal donors(P<0.05),especially the sHLA-Ⅰmolecules concentration in active SLE was significantly higher than in inactive SLE(P<0.01).Conclusions:The plasma sHLA-Ⅰ molecule concentraton in patients with SLE is higher than normal donors,and increased more in active SLE.
