冠心丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛100例临床总结

Clinical Summarization on 100 Patie nts with Coronary Disease Angina Pectoris Treated by Coronary Heart Radix Salviae Milti-orrhizae Drop Pill

目的验证冠心丹参滴丸的临床效果及安全性。方法采用单盲、随机对照的试验方法,对冠心病心绞痛气滞血瘀证患者160例进行临床试验对比研究。结果该药对心绞痛总有效率为93.33%;对心电图总有效率为63.33%;对心悸、气短、胸痛、胸闷、舌紫暗、脉弦有显著改善作用;对心肌耗氧量有明显降低作用;对全血粘度、心功能指标EF、SV有明显的改善作用;对心绞痛速效作用显著,总有效率为87.67%,优于对照组P<0.01;对造血系统、肝肾功能无毒副作用。结论冠心丹参滴丸有活血化瘀、理气止痛功效,是治疗冠心病心绞痛气滞血瘀证的有效药物,有改善心肌缺血、控制心绞痛的发作次数、降低心肌耗氧量、改善血液流变学及心脏功能等作用,该药吸收迅速,便于急救,应用安全。

Objective:To determain the clinical effect and safe quality of coronary heart radix Salviae miltio rrhizae drop pill,Methods:Taked single -blinded experimental method and random comparison,160Pa-tients with coronary heart disease a nyina pectoris syndrome of stagnation of vital energy and blood were researched on contrast.Result:The total medicine rate of effective is 93.00%in angine pectoris,and 61.54%in electrocardiogram.The medicine can obviously improves palpitation,shortness of breath,chest pain,tig htness in the chest,purplish tongue,stringy pulse,and whole blood specific gravity viscosity,the function of the heart marker,EF and SV.It can obviously reduces the oxygen consumption of myocarcliun;it is ob vious to mitigate angina pectoris rapidly,and total effect rate is 85.80%,it is better than control group(P<0.01);it is not naxious side effects in hem atopoietic systen and the hepatorend function.Conclusion:Coronary heart radix salviae mil-tiorrhizae drop pill has actions on p romoting blood circulation to remov e blood stasis and promoting circulation of Qi to relieve pain,it is effective medicine that treats stagnation of v ital energy and blood and coronary-heart disease angina pectoris.It can improve myocardium of lack blood and controls the number of coming on a ngina pectoris,and reduces the oxygen consumption of myocarclium,it improves blood rheology and the function of the heart,ect.It can be a bsorbed quickly and used safely,and it is easy to first aid.
