抗栓散治疗脑梗塞42例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Cerebral Infarction 42 Cases with Kangshuan Powder

临床观察抗栓散治疗脑梗塞计 42例 ,显示出抗栓散能改善患者头昏头痛、记忆力差、四肢麻木等自觉症状 ,并对肌力减退、语言障碍、吞咽困难、意识障碍也有明显治疗作用 ,显著提高了患者的生存质量 ,总有效率为 78 9% ,脑CT改善总有效率为 85 7% ,该方不失为治疗脑梗塞的有效组方。

The effects of treating cerebral infarction 42 cases with Kangshuan Powder were observated, the results showed that this powder can improve patient's sub iective symptom such as dizziness, headache, mnemasthenia, numbness of limbs, etc, at the same time, powder showed obvious effects on lalopathy, disturbance of consciousness, dysphagia, and so on. The total effective rate was 78.9%, the cerebral CT improved rate was 85.7%. Therefore, Kangshuan powder is a effective recipe on treating cerebral infraction.
