摘要
为研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和微血管密度 (MVD)的表达在原发性肝癌中的临床病理意义 ,选择 80例原发性肝癌手术标本 ,采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测VEGF及Ⅷ因子的表达。结果显示 :VEGF在原发性肝癌中的阳性表达率为 62 .5 % ;原发性肝癌中MVD为 3 1.76± 13 .5 6,其中VEGF表达阳性者MVD为 45 .3 8± 14 .85 ,VEGF表达阴性者MVD为 18.87± 8.67.,二者差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。VEGF的表达与肿瘤的大小和有无门脉癌栓明显相关 (P<0 .0 1) ,而与肿瘤有无包膜、分化程度、AFP水平、HBsAg阳性无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示VEGF能促进肿瘤中微血管的形成 ,与原发性肝癌的生长、浸润和转移有关。
In order to study the expression and clinicopathologic significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) in primary liver cancer, an immunohistochemical staining method was used to evaluate the expression of VEGF and Ⅷ-factor in 80 selected operation specimen from patients with primary liver carcinoma. Results showed that the positive expression rate of VEGF in primary liver cancer was 62.5%, the MVD was 31.76±13.56. Among them, the MVD in positive VEGF expression was 45.38±14.85, and the MVD in negative expresson was 18.87±8.67, there were great statistical difference between them (P<0.01). The expression of VEGF had obvious correlation with the size of tumor and whether there was portal vein embolus (P<0.01), and it had no correlation with the envelope, the degree of differentiation, AFP level and positive HBsAg (P>0.05). This study indicated that VEGF could facilitate the formation of microvessel of the tumor and has correlation with the growth, infiltration and metastasis of primary liver cancer.
