两种短程三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性十二指肠球部溃疡效果比较

The comparison between two short-term triple therapy for the treatment of duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection

为观察奥美拉唑 (O)或枸橼酸铋钾 (C)联用克拉霉素 (C)及替硝唑 (T ) 2周疗法治疗HP阳性DU的疗效 ,对 80例HP阳性的活动性DU患者随机分成OCT及CCT两组进行对照 ,每组各 40例。结果 :①两组溃疡愈合率分别是 97.5 %、92 .5 % ,HP根除率分别为 93 %、92 .5 % ,两组比较差异无显著性 ;②OCT组治疗 1、3、7日后腹痛缓解显效率分别是 87%、95 %、10 0 % ,而CCT组分别为 62 .5 %、92 %、95 % ,服药后 1日OCT比较CCT更能有效缓解腹痛 ,P <0 .0 1;③两组均无明显不良反应 ,患者依从性好 ,且CCT比OCT价格便宜。认为两种短程三联方案治疗HP阳性的DU有疗效高 ,不良反应少 ,患者依从性好等优点 ,是较理想的治疗方案。

The efficacy of two-week triple therapy, i.e, the combination of Omeprazole (O) or Bismuth Potassium Citrate (C) with Clarithromycin (C) and Tinidazole (T), for the treatment of duodenal ulcer (DU) with Helicobactor Pylori were retrospectively observed. Eighty patients with active DU of positive HP were randomly divided into two groups, the OCT group and the CCT group (n=40, respectively). Results showed: ① The ulcer healing rate of the two groups were 97.5% and 92.5%, respectively. The HP eradication rates were 93% and 92.5%, respectively. There were no statistically significant differences between these two groups. ② In the OCT group, the first, third and seventh day after the treatment, the adominal remission rates were 87%, 95% and 100%. And in the CCT group, the rates were 62.5%, 92% and 95%, respectively. One day after taking the medicine, OCT could effectively remit the adominal pain than CCT, P<0.01. ③ There is no obvious reaction in these two groups, and the price of CCT is less expensive than that of OCT. The two short-term triple therapy for the treatment of HP had the advantages of good efficacy, less side effect and good obedient. This is a good therapeutic regimen.
