复元愈肝胶囊治疗无症状HBsAg携带者疗效观察

The curative effect of Fuyuan Yugan capsule on symptomless HBsAg carriers

目的 :观察复元愈肝胶囊对无症状 HBs Ag携带者乙肝病毒标志物及细胞免疫功能等指标的影响。方法 :治疗组口服复元愈肝胶囊 ,每日 3次 ,每次 4粒 ,连服半年。结果 :复元愈肝胶囊对 HBs Ag的单抗原阳性转阴率为 41.7%、双抗原阳性转阴率为 38.9% ,对双抗原阳性的 HBe Ag转阴率为 6 1.1% ,对抗 -HBc Ig M转阴率为 47.1% ,明显优于对照组 ,同时本方能有效提高机体的细胞免疫功能。结论 :复元愈肝胶囊对无症状 HBs

Objective: It is to observe the effect of Fuyuan Yugan capsule on HBV and cellular immunological function in symptomless HBsAg carriers. Methods: The cure group took orally Fuyuan Yugan capsule three times a day, four grains at a time, continuous half a year. Results: The changed hidden rate of Fuyuan Yugan capsule on HBsAg of only antigen masculine was 41.7%. The changed hidden rate on HBsAg of two antigen masculines was 38.9%. The changed hidden rate on HBeAg of two antigen masculine was 61.1%. The changed hidden rate on anti HBcIgM was 47.1%, the cure group was more effective than the control group obviously. At one time, it could improve the cellular immunological function of organisms. Conclusion: Fuyuan Yugan capsule has a good curative effect for symptomless HBsAg carriers.
