摘要
目的 :研究乳突皮质骨及自体砧骨在鼓室成形术中的应用。方法 :对 86耳陈旧性中耳炎及外伤性传导聋进行鼓室成形术及随访 0 5～ 1年。结果 :纯音测听术后语言频率提高 30dB 4 4耳 ,提高 2 5dB 2 1耳 ,提高 2 0dB 16耳 ,提高 15dB 5耳 ,提高 10dB 3耳 ,提高 5dB 2耳 ,未提高 5耳。结论
Objective:To observe the effect of mastoid cortex and self-incus in tympanoplasty.Method:86 ears with old otitis media or trumatic conductive deafness were operated tympanoplasty and followed-up for 0.5～1 year.Result:Through pure-tone test,the hearing were improved 30 dB in 44 ears,25dB in 21 ears,20dB in 16 ears,10dB in 5 ears,5dB in 2 ears,and no improvement in 5 ears. Conclusion:The mastoid and self-incus are good stuffs for tympanoplasty.
