摘要
目的 :分析茎突过长综合征的临床特点。方法 :选择茎突过长综合征 10 0例 ,男 32例 ,女 6 8例。根据病史、临床症状、检查方法、茎突长短进行分析。结果 :10 0例中误诊为慢性咽炎 78例 ,误诊为咽部异感症 8例 ,误诊率 86 %。茎突最短 2 7mm ,最长 5 6mm ,平均长 34mm。结论 :本病易误诊 ,通过咽部触诊 。
Objective:To analyse the clinical characterizations of styloid process syndromes.Method:100 patients suffering from styloid process syndromes (male 32,female 68)were analyzed the histories ,clinical manifestations, examination method and the length of styloid processes.Result:Among the 100 cases,78 were misdiagnosed to chronic pharyngitis, 8 were misdiagnosed to be pharyngo foreign body seusation. The rate of misdiagnosis was 86%. The length of styloid process was from 27mm to 56mm, with the mean of 34mm.Conclusion:Styloid process syndroms is apt to be misdiagnosed. Through pharyngeal palpation and radiography, the patients with styloid process syndrome can be diagnosed well.
