摘要
目的 :研究不同浓度硒对小鼠肝脏、脑体外脂质过氧化的影响。方法 :体外孵育肝脏、脑匀浆液使过氧化脂质增加 ,TBA法测不同浓度硒作用下肝脏、脑组织的过氧化脂质含量。结果 :低浓度硒发挥抗氧化作用 ,对肝脏浓度为 1 0 -2 μg/ ml时效果较佳 ,对脑为 1 0 -5μg/ ml;高浓度的硒则产生强烈的毒性作用。在一定范围内 ,二者皆呈剂量依赖关系。结论 :选择合适浓度的硒对人体健康至关重要。
Object:To investigate the effects of Se on the lipid peroxidation in livers and brains of rats.Methods:The TBA was used to determine the lipid peroxidation incubated in vitro.Results:The antioxidation was caused in lower Se but toxic in higher,both showed concentration-dependent.Conclusion:Suitable level of Se is very important for health.
