摘要
目的：探讨修复指骨外露创面的方法。方法：对８例患者采用带旋髂成动脉超薄皮瓣修复指骨外露创面．结果：８例皮瓣全部成活，经６个月～１年随访，外形及功能均良好．结论：带旋髂浅动脉超薄皮瓣是修复指骨外露创面的理想方法。
Objective :To probe the method to repair the wound with digital bone exposure. Methods: Ultrathin skin flap with circumfiexa ilium superficial artery was employed to repair the wound with digital bone exposure in 8 cases. Results: All of 8 flaps survived completely. Follow-up results showed that the appearance and the function were satisfactory 6-12 months later. Conclusion: It might be an ideal method to repair the wound with bone exposure in fingers by ultrathin skin flap with circumflexa ilium superficial artery.
