重型颅脑损伤160例死亡分析

Death Analysis of 160 Cases of Severe Head Injury

目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤的死亡原因及抢救对策．方法：回顾性总结我院近８年来收住的１６０例重型颅脑损伤的死亡病例，对其死亡原因及其影响因素进行分析．结果：早期主要死于重度脑损伤、颅内血肿、严重合并损伤，后期主要死于肺部感染、消化道出血、肾功能衰竭及全身衰竭等并发症．结论：尽早判明颅脑损伤的病理类型，积极急救；颅内血肿和颅外因素的及时处理；积极防治并发症；对降低死亡率有重要意义．

Objective: To explore the death reasons and rescue measures of severe head injury (SHI). Method: A retrospective study was made about the death reasons and relative factors of 160 cases of SHI in our hospital since 1992. Results : The patients died of SHI, intracranial hematoma and severe complex injury at an early stage and lung infection and hemorrhage of digestive tract, renal failure and asthenia universalis at the later stage. Conclusion: It was great significance to reducing mortality of SHI that judgment of pathological type and treatment should be taken as soon as possible and prevent and cure the complications of SHI.
