目的 :研究P1 5蛋白在胃癌中的表达 ,探讨P1 5基因在胃癌发展中的作用。方法 :采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白过氧化物酶连接法 (SP法 ) ,检测 46例胃癌组织中P1 5蛋白的表达。结果 :P1 5基因表达与性别、年龄、浸润深度、Borrmann分型和PTNM分期均无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :P1

Objective:To investigate the expression of P15 gene in the development of gastric carcinoma.Method:The expression of P15 in 46 cases of gastric carcinoma was detected by SP immunohistochemical method. Results:The expression of P15 gene had no significant correlations with the sex and age,invasive depth,Borrmann classification and PTNM stage.Conclusion:The expression of P15 gene alone play a limited role in gastric developement.
