摘要
介绍了 6Y 2 5 0型双锥盘连续挤压脱水机结构特性及工作原理。在满足物料连续自动喂入要求的基础上 ,导出了挤压锥盘顶角的计算公式 ;在样机设计和试验分析中 ,得到该机器挤压脱水能力与挤压锥盘直径的三次方成正比的关系 ;并导出了该机实际挤压作业时有效功耗的解析式。经样机对低胶含水物料 (白菜等物料 )的多次挤压脱水试验验证了分析结论 ,该机挤压脱水率达 80
The structure characteristics and working principle of the 6Y250 double cone disc continual expressing extruder are introduced in the paper. The design of the top angle of the expressing cone disc was formulized based on the material self feeding requirement. The processing capacity of the machine is directly proportional to the third power of its disc diameter. The power consumption characteristics of the machine were analysed based on hypothesis of linear relationship between stress and strain of compressed material. The test results of the model machine correspond to the inferences of theoretically analyses.
