摘要
通过对粮食干燥过程的分析 ,以多塔式粮食干燥系统为对象 ,研制了一种粮食干燥模糊控制专家系统 ,阐述了其原理、构成及实现方法。运行试验表明 :该系统能有效地实现控制 ,系统工作稳定 。
The quality of grain is affected directly by the results of grain drying in the grain depot. The fuzzy technology provides a valuable automatic control method in the process of grain drying. The principle and structure of actual control system based on fuzzy expert system used in grain drying process are introduced in the paper. Adopting the method discussed in this thesis, a new type of control system in the grain dryer was developed. Using the new control system, the control accuracy about the grain drying process and the quality of grain products were significantly improved. The results of experiments confirm that this system works steadily and effectively.
