摘要
目的 :研究锌对锌铜代谢及抗氧化功能的影响。方法 :选择新西兰大白兔 2 0只 ,以饮水中加葡萄糖酸锌 (锌含量 1 5.3mmol/ L)喂养 ,加锌前、加锌后 3月及 6月 3次取静脉血 ,6月时取血后处死动物 ,取心、肝、肾及肌肉 ,动态观察血液及组织锌铜含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性( SOD)及脂质过氧化物水平变化。结果 :加锌后实验组大白兔血清锌含量随锌摄入量的增加持续升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,组织锌也显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,血清为 5.87倍、肾 4.93倍、肝 2 .0 3倍、心肌 1 .7倍、肌肉 1 .57倍。SOD活性持续降低 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,LPO持续升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,SOD/ LPO比值变小 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,铜无变化 ( P>0 .0 5)。结论 :高锌摄入能使内环境锌含量升高 ,抑制抗氧化功能。
Objective:Studies the effects Zn on metablism of Zn and Cu and antioxidation function.Mathods:New Zealand white rabbits were chose were fed on glucose Zn in drinking water(15.3 mmol/L Zn)for 6 months.The contents of Zn and Cu in serum and tissues of experimental whilte rabbits were measured for three times duriag experiment.At same time the changes of SOD activity and LOP content in serum were observed.Results:After rabbits received Zn,Zn contents in serum and tissues of rabbits rose continuously (P<0.01)with increasing Zn.After Zn sapplementation the Zn content in sarum of rabbits was 5.87 times that of before Zn sapplementation,klndney 4.93 times,liver 2.03 times,myocardium 1.74 times and muscle 1.57 times.SOD activety decreased and LPO content increased and SOD/LPO spectific value turned small but Cu content did not change.Conclusions:High Zn supplication might have Zn contend in body increased and in bibit antioxidation function.
