摘要
综述了土壤中钙、镁、硫、锌、铁等中微量营养元素及硒、碘等有益元素的丰缺情况 ,概述了矿质营养元素和有机物质对农产品品质的影响及与人畜健康的关系 ;并展望了今后应予以加强的研究方向 ,从而为进一步开展土壤植物营养与产品品质的研究提供参考。
More and more attention has been paid to food quality,especially the foods related to human and livestock health.Scientific fertilizing based on soil nutrient and plant physiology should be accelerated so as to improve farm produce qualityand the health of human and livestock.The essential elements of calcium,magnesium,sulphur,zinc and iron and the beneficial elements of selenium and iodine in soil and the influences on plant nutrient and produce quality were summarized in this paper.The relationships between these inorganic nutrients in farm produce and the health of human and livestock were primarily dealt with.We also put forward the research prospects of plant nutrient and farm produce Quality.
