摘要
为了探讨系统化康复护理在急性脑梗死伴偏瘫病人早期的应用价值 ,并与常规护理组病人在出院时的步行能力、步态质量、日常生活能力 (ADL)方面进行比较。结果表明 :实验组的康复效果明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。提示 :有针对性地进行早期系统化康复护理 ,可使急性脑梗死病人的运动机能得到最大可能的恢复。
To probe into the practical value of the systematic recovery nursing care in acute cerebral infarction patients accompanied with hemiparalysis,these patients were compared with the patients in routine nursing group in aspects of walking ability, quality of gait, and ability of daily life when they were discharged. Results showed that in terms of recovery effect, patients in test group were superior to those in control group (P<0.01). Suggested that by conducting the early stage systematic recovery nursing care in acute cerebral infarction patients their motor function may get maximum recovery.
