摘要
目的 观察暗箱应用于手腕部 X线照片流动洗片 ,在大骨节病区实现边拍片 ,边成像同步操作 ,提高整体 X线照片质量。方法 经反复论证和模型试验后设计定形 ,精选耐酸碱抗老化材料细加工成暗箱 ,对大鼠X线照片实验性洗片 ,取得明显效果后应用于病区拍片现场洗片 ,并与暗房单独集中式洗片进行对比 ,观察两种不同洗片方法成像效果 ,进一步验证暗箱冲洗 X线照片质量。结果 暗房集中式成像质量下降 ,优质片少(5 6 % ) ,质差片增加 ,有废片 ;暗箱在拍片现场成像优质率达 90 % ,质差片减少 ,无废片。结论 暗箱应用成功解决了大骨节病区 X线摄影与照片冲洗分离脱节的疑难问题 ,开辟了病区科学拍片与现场洗片同步操作的新途径 ,为大骨节病等疾病防治实施流动
Objective To apply camera bellows in mobile developing of wrist X-ray photographs, taking photographs while developing in Kashin-Beck Disease(KBD) areas to improve the comprehensive quality of X-ray photographs.Methods After repeated proof and model experiments, the design was finalized, and the camera bellows was made of choice acid-proof, alkali-proof and anti-ageing materials, through delicate processing, applied in experimental developing of X-ray photographs of rats. After achieving obvious effect, it was used in field developing of X-ray photographs in endemic areas, and compared with single concentrated developing in dark rooms, to observe the difference of the two different methods in developing effect, and further examined the quality of X-ray photographs developed by camera bellows.Results The quality of concentrated development in dark rooms declined, with less top quality photos (56%) and more poor quality and waste photos. The rate of top grade field developing by camera bellows was up to 90%, with less poor quality and no waste photos.Conclusions The application of camera bellows successfully solved the problem of separated X-ray photographing and developing KBD areas, opened a new route for scientific photographing and field developing in endemic areas, and provided a new method for the implementation of mobile X-ray surveillance in diseases prevention and control.
