Determination of Baicalin in Shangsuyu Spray by HPLC

目的 :用高效液相色谱法测定伤速愈喷雾剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法 :采用Shim PackCLG ODS柱 ,流动相为磷酸二氢铵溶液 (0 .0 2 5mol/L ,并以 5 0 %磷酸调节pH为 3.0 ) 甲醇 (5 0∶5 0 ) ,检测波长 2 76nm。结果 :对照品在 1.0 8～ 2 0 .6 0 μg/ml范围内呈线性关系 ,r=0 .9999,加样回收率为 10 0 .5 % ,RSD为 2 .5 % ,本法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重复性好。结论

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Shangsuyu Spray.Methods:A Shim pack CLC ODS column was used. The mobile phase consisted of NH 4H 2PO 4 buffer (3.0) methanol (50∶50). The detective wavelength was 276nm.Results:The linear range was from 1.08 to 20.60μg/ml, r =0.9999. The recovery of the added sample was 100.5%. RSD was 2.5%. This method was easy to operate with accurate result, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.Conclusion:The method can be used for the determination of the contents of baicalin in Shangsuyu Spray.
