摘要
目的 :建立消A洗液中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法 :HPLC选用C18柱 0 .0 5mol/L磷酸二氢钠 (用磷酸调节pH至 3)∶乙腈 (70∶30 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70nm。 结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 10 1.4% ,RSD为1.8%。结论 :方法简便可靠 ,精密度高 ,分离度好 ,空白无干扰 。
Objective: To develop a method to determine the content of a berberine hydrochloride in Xiao A Lotion. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Xiao A Lotion. The separation was performed on Inertsil ODS 3 column with 0.05mol/L NaH 2PO 4 (pH3.0) acetonitrile (70∶30) as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 270nm. Results: The Linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of 101.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, and sensitive. It also shows good separating degree. It can be used in quality control of Xiao A Lotion.
