因邪致瘀 祛邪为先——论脉管病的诊治思路与方法

Thinking and Method on the Treatment of Vascular Diseases

通过回顾近 50年诊治脉管病的经验 ,提出“因邪致瘀、祛邪为先”的学术观点 ,总结了在诊疗过程中应注意分病辨邪 ,分期辨证 ,侧重辨析邪、瘀、损的主次 ,并据其主邪及邪、瘀、损三者主次指导用药的经验 ;强调急性期重在祛邪 ,缓解期重点化瘀补虚。

In light of the clinical experience in the treatment of vascular diseases in the past 50 years,the author proposed that the vascular diseases were caused by blood stasis due to pathogens and treatment should attempt to dispel the pathogens first.In the clinical treatment,the pathogen,blood stasis and deficiency in each phase and pattern should be differentially identified which is primary and which is secondary,and the treatment is correspondingly prescribed.In the acute phase,the treatment aims to dispel pathogen first,whereas to melt blood stasis and remedy the deficiency in the remission phase.
