Experience of the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

介绍以辨证与辨病相结合的方法治疗脑梗塞的方法 ,以自拟水蛭活血方 (水蛭、酒大黄、郁金、川芎、三七、白芥子、决明子、山楂肉、炮山甲、地龙组成 )为基础 ,根据风、火、痰、瘀、虚不同病因 ,加用补气、补阴、平肝熄风、化痰通络、清热泻火、活血化瘀、温通经脉、舒筋活络等方药 ,疗效较佳。

The paper presents the experience in the treatment of cerebral infarction on the basis of pattern identification and disease differentiation.Self made“Blood Activating Decoction with Hirudo”(including Hirudo,Rhubarb,Turmeric root tuber,etc)was used,but other medicines were added against the different causes such as wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency.
