中西医结合治疗中、重度新生儿硬肿症

Treatment of Moderate and Severe Neonatal Scler Edema by Integrative Chinese-Western Medicine

为探索中西医结合治疗新生儿硬肿症的有效方案 ,随机将 10 4例中、重度硬肿症患儿分成治疗组 53例、对照组 51例 ,两组均予西医常规复温、纠正器官功能紊乱等 ,治疗组再加服中药加味生脉五苓汤通阳化气、渗湿利水消肿。结果 :治疗组与对照组相比病死率显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ,硬肿消失时间显著缩短 (P <0 0 1)。

To seek the effective protocols for neonatal scler edema,104 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group(n=53)and control group(n=51),and they all were treated by warming and remedying the visceral dysfunction.In addition,in treatment group ingredient modified“Shengmai Wuling Decoction”was given to warm the yang qi,disinhibit the dampness and relieve edema.Results showed that,in comparison with control group,the death rate reduced obviously (P<0 01)and the lumps disappeared quicker( P <0.01) in treatment group.
