摘要
为了观察 5 μg和 10 μg两种剂量的重组酵母乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗加强免疫的效果 ,将出生时全程接种过血源乙肝疫苗的小学 1年级学生随机分成 3组 ,分别加强接种 5 μg和 10 μg重组酵母乙肝疫苗。采用放射免疫试验(RIA)检测血清中HBsAg和抗 -HBs。加强免疫前 3组人群血清抗 -HBs阳性 (≥ 10mIU/ml)率均 >70 % ,说明血源乙肝疫苗具有良好的免疫持久性。用重组酵母乙肝疫苗加强免疫后 1个月 ,5 μg剂量的两组血清抗体阳性率分别上升到 90 %和 98 3 1% ,10 μg组上升到 98 4 8% ,重组酵母乙肝疫苗可用于血源乙肝疫苗基础免疫后的加强接种。
In order to study the immune effects of two kinds of dosages of yeast-derived recombinant hepatitis B vaccine after reinforced immunization,195 first grade primary school pupils who had received full course basic immunization of blood-derived hepatitis B vaccine after their birth and still kept anti-HBs positive (≥10mIU/ml)above 70% of them were chosen.They were divided into three groups and revaccinated with one doze of yeast-derived recombinant hepatitis B vaccine.Group K 5 received vaccine produced by a Biological Product Co.in a dosage of 5μl/0 5ml,while Group S 10 and Group S 5 received vaccine produced by Shanghai Institute of Biological Products in a dosage of 10μl/0 5 ml and 5μl/0 25ml respectively.Before reinforced immunization and one month after that,the blood samples of the pupils were collected for RIA test for HBsAg and anti-HBs. The results showed that the anti-HBs positive rates after reinforced immunization rose to 90% and 98 31% and the GMT rose 6 78 and 9 53 times higher in pupils who received 5μl/0 5ml and 5μl/0 25ml vaccines respectively,and that in Groups S10 rose to 98 48% and GMT 8 42 times higher.The immune effects of two kinds of dosages used and two kinds of yeast-derived recombinant hepatitis B vaccines are all satisfactory.The dosage of 10μg is better than 5μg,it can be used as inforced immunization.
