肾综合征出血热高发区人群防制知识水平及媒体宣传教育需求研究

Population-based Survey on Knowledge and Media Education Demands for Control and Prevention of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome in Its High Endemic Area

为了解人群肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)防制知识水平及其媒体宣传教育需求 ,2 0 0 0年在HFRS高发区泗水县 ,采用整群随机抽样方法调查了 2 0～ 5 9岁人群 82 1人 ,调查内容包括人口特征、HFRS防制知识和媒体宣传教育需求。结果 :人群HFRS知晓率为 88 0 6% ,防鼠灭鼠和接种疫苗预防HFRS知晓率分别为 74 91%和 5 1 64% ,HFRS防制知识主要来源于周围人群 ;人群对HFRS防制知识媒体宣传教育有较高需求 ,喜欢的宣传方式主要是广播、电视、宣传画和墙报。需考虑采用广播、电视、墙报和宣传画等综合宣传教育方式 ,提高人群HFRS综合防制知识及其能力。

Population-based study on knowledge and media education demands for control and prevention of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) was carried out in 2000 in high HFRS endemic area,the Sishui county,in 821 individuals aged 20-59, investigated house by house with random cluster sampling method The standard questionnaire related to population characteristics,knowledge and media education demands of HFRS control and Hantaan virus vaccination to prevent and control of HFRS. The HFRS disease, the rodent control and the preventive vaccination were understood by 88.06%, 74 91% and 51 64% of the population,respectively That knowledge of how to control HFRS mainly came from speaking of person to person Media education demand of HFRS control was very high in population and could be developed The forms of broadcast,TV,wall newspaper and propagandizing pictures were selected and enjoyed by most of the population The force of HFRS control in population would be reinforced if these mass media educations can be carried out together
