The Method and Recognition About Environmental Sanitation Harness

宁波市镇海区从1999年开始进行农村环境卫生整治,结合当地实际,制订了3年整治规划和相应的卫生村标准,进行分步实施,开展试点,以点带面,全面推广。通过人大、政府逐级督查考核,保证了农村环境卫生整治的有序进行。在2年多的实践中,我们的体会是领导重视,各级支持是整治的保证;合理引导增加投入是整治的基础;热情服务搞好指导是整治的关键;突出重点落实保洁是整治取得成功的重要措施。

According to a three-year project and standard of health village which had been worked out consideration of actual conditions, environmental sanitation of country side in Zhenghai District, Ningbo City has been harnessed sing 1999. In order to assure this project can be carried on sequence,the government and people's congress participated in examination and surveillance.Through two years' practise, we recognized that government's attention was insurance for this task's completion.Rational guidance and financial increasement were base.Enthusiastic service and good direction were critical; making the focal points stand out and fulfilling the task of clean was important way to success.
