摘要 卫生事业单位的人事制度改革是整个医疗卫生改革的关键与核心所在 ,而观念的转变又是人事制度改革的基础。在我国 ,一些旧有的观念显然已在阻碍人事制度改革的推进 ,这就需要树立新的观念以适应改革。文章分析了一些在改革中经常要面对的习惯观念 。 Reform of personnel system in health institutions is a key and core in whole reform of health service, and the change of conception is a basis of reform of personnel system. In our country, some outdated conceptions have hindered development of reform of personnel system, and new conceptions should be fostered to adapt to the reform. This paper analyzed some custom conceptions that often were met in the reform and put foreword some ideas that what conceptions should be fostered aimed at some specific issues.
