摘要
介绍了 45°交叉直角反射镜旋转光束几何特征 ,利用矩阵分析法和数值计算对无失调的交叉直角反射镜非稳腔作了模型分析与计算 ,并分析了失调系统的稳定性。
Geometric properties of a beam rotated with a 45° crossed right-angle reflecting mirror are presented, and the mode analysis and calculation are given via the matrix method for the perfectly aligned unstable resonator, while the stability of the misaligned optical resonator is investigated. The possibility of improving the beam quality and stability optical resonators is discussed.
