摘要
在激光变长线快速成型系统中 ,扫描线长度与激光功率的动态匹配是影响成型质量的重要因素。本文针对激光变长线快速成型系统的特点 ,分析了在成型加工过程中高能激光扫描线对粉末材料作用的机理模型 ,并在对影响功率匹配效果的各种因素进行分析的基础上 。
In a rapid prototyping alterable length laser line-scanning system, the matching of laser power with the length of line is one of the important factors affecting prototyping quality. In this paper, aimed at the features of a rapid prototyping alterable length line-scanning system, the model of action for laser scanning line to prototyping material is analysed. On the basis of analyzing all factors affecting the effect of power matching, the paper puts forward a matching method suitable to the technology of alterable length line-scanning rapid prototyping.
