摘要
介绍消除弹丸药柱与弹底间隙的工艺方法及工艺过程中使用的间隙测试方法 ;根据热传导方程和拟塑性流体本构关系 ,对与该工艺相关的热学和力学机理进行了分析。为实现工艺的自动化控制提供了理论依据。
This paper introduces a technique for the elimination of clearance between the explosive charge and the bottom of shell, besides a testing method adopted for the process is given. Based on the heat-transfer equation and the constitutive relationship of pseudo-plastic fluid, the paper gives an analysis on the mechanism of the technique, on which further design of the automation on the process can be based.
