摘要
结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)是某些内皮细胞即刻早期基因反应产物,其与FGF具有类似的促进成纤维细胞(KMB-17)增殖的功能;在此促增殖过程中CTGF和FGF所诱导的基因反应有所差异,CTGF诱导细胞表达c-myc,而FGF促进c-fos表达增加;此外两种因子均诱导与酪氨酸磷酸化过程密切相关的src基因表达,免疫沉淀证实CTGF结合细胞表面受体后可诱导细胞内相应蛋白的酪氨酸磷酸化。
Connective Tissue Growth Factor(CTGF)is a product of immediately early gene, which has the similar effect of stimulating fibroblast proliferation as FGF,but CTGF and FGF have different gene response in this process, CTGF induced cell expression of c-myc oncogene,FGF stimulated c-fos oncogene expression;on the other hand CTGF and FGF both can induce src gene expression and the result of the immunological precipitation with anti-phosphotyrosine antibody suggested that tyrosine phosphorylation of a protein in KMB-17 perhaps is related with the signal transduction of CTGF.
