摘要
There has been increasing experimental evidence showing that the clinical pathological pain differs greatly from physiological pain. The former is characterized by its clinical diversity in manifestations referred to as: (1) persistent spontaneous pain (pain lasts without external stimulation); (2)hyperalgsia (enhanced pain sensation following normally noxious heat or mechanical stimuli);(3) allodynia (abnormal pain evoked by normally non-painful stimulation or touch-evoked pain). Moreover, hyperalgesia or allodynia can be further classified
