摘要
Aim: To further study the roles of spinal N-or L-type voltage-dependent calcium channel (VDCC) in induction and maintenance of both persistent spontaneous nociception (PSN) and hyperalgesia induced by subcutaneous (s.c.) bee venom injection, the effects of intrathecal (i.t.) pre- or post-treatment with VDCC blockers of N-type (ω-Conotoxin-GVIA) and L-type (verapamil) were evaluated in conscious rats.
