摘要
黄瓜以一定浓度的三唑酮浸种后 ,幼苗的根长、株高受到明显抑制 ,但增大了根重、根冠比、子叶中游离氨基酸含量及子叶呼吸速率 ,同时降低了子叶中可溶性糖含量。 30 d苗龄第 1、2片真叶中叶绿素、蛋白质含量、POD、CAT活力均有不同程度的提高 ,因此表现出一定的壮苗作用。其中 50μmol/L对壮苗是最佳的 。
After seed soaking with different triadimefon solution,the root and shoot lengths of cucumber seedlings were inhibited significantly,but it could increase root weight,root/shoot ratio (DW),the content of total free amino,respiratory rate and reduce content of soluble sugar in cotyledon at the same time.It also increased contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein,POD and CAT activities in leaf of the 30th day seedlings.Therefore the plants treated with triadimefon grew stronglier than those of the control;of all,50 μmol/L was best,but higher concentration triadimefon was disadvantageous to seedlings growth.
