摘要
发酵法生产曲酸还未实现大规模工业化生产的原因之一是曲酸菌种产酸率较低。本文以平展米曲霉(Aspergillusoryzaeeffusus)AS32为出发菌株 ,经UV和6 0 Co诱变处理 ,筛选获得一株高产曲酸变异株AUR16 3,以葡萄糖为碳源 ,酵母膏为氮源 ,32℃摇瓶和 30L罐发酵培养 4天 ,产酸达 6 .8g 10 0ml。平均生产效率为 17.0g L .d ,最高可达 30 .5g L .d ,比出发菌AS32提高 190 %以上 ,这表明UV和6 0 Co作诱变剂 。
One of key factors,which hindered producing kojic acid on industrial scale is that the yield of kojic acid producing strain is low.This work was undertaken to investigate the effect of UV and 60 Co ray irradiation on production of kojic acid by Aspergillus oryzae. A high yield kojic acid producing mutation AUR163 was screened out from Aspergillus oryzae effusus strain AS32 by UV and 60 Co ray mutation technique.Under optimal cultivation conditions the mutant AUR163 produced kojic acid over 6.8?g/100?ml after 4 days.The average of productivity was 17?g/L.d;and the highest was 30.5?g/L.d corresponding to an increase of more than 190% compared with the original strain AS32.
