用 β 环糊精 (β CD)为包合试剂的荧光法对兔体血浆中蛇床子素的血药浓度进行 2 4h的监测 ,达峰时间为 0 75h ,血中蛇床子素的含量在 3 0 2× 10 -6～ 7.2 6× 10 -6g/ml之间 ,方法简便、快速。

The content of osthol was monitored continously by β cyclodextrin inclusion fluorescence.The peak time is 0.75 h.The concentration of osthole in blood is 3.02×10 -6 ～7.26×10 -6 g/ml.This method is characterized with rapidity and sensitivity.
