本文介绍了液相平衡式小起动转矩转环的工作原理、性能指标及设计方案的选择,并简单介绍了研制过程中试验和试用情况。
The principle of operation, performance and design of a pressure balanced low-torque swivel is described in this paper. The results of its tests and field application are also covered herein.
