摘要
目的 探讨于术的抗衰老作用机制 ,并寻求合理的用药时间。方法 采用自然衰老的 Wistar大鼠 ,测定血清总抗氧化能力 (TAA)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、肝组织丙二醛 (MDA)和脑组织脂褐素 (LPF)及心肌细胞膜 Na+ ,K+ - ATP酶 (Na+ ,K+ - ATPase)活性 ,观察于术对它们的影响。结果 于术能明显提高老年大鼠血清 TAA、红细胞 SOD及 Na+ ,K+ - ATPase活性 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而明显降低 MDA的含量和脑 LPF的生成 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 于术可明显提高老年大鼠抗氧化能力 ,具有抗衰老作用 ,理想的用药时间为 2 0 d。
Objective To investigate th e anti-ageing mechanism of Yuzhu and search for a reasonable duration of admini stration.Methods Using ageing Wistar rats, we determined the serum total anti-oxidation activity (T)), superoxide dismutase (SOD) in red bl ood cells, Na + ,K + -ATPase activities in myocardial cells as well as the c ontent of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver and that of lipofuscin (LPF) in brain, and observed the effects of Yuzhu on them.Results Yuzhu signif icantly increased the serum T) , SOD and LPF (P<0.01).Conclusion Yuzhu can greatly increa se the anti-oxidat ion activity in aged rats and has anti-ageing effect. 20-day is suggested the optimal duration of administration.$$$$
